I've been sitting waiting wishing...

Nothing but good reviews for the MVA Express in Columbia. I was in an out in under 10 minutes for a license renewal and didn't even get a chance to play poker on my phone.

Jeez, you were in my neighborhood and you didn't even stop in to say hello. My office is about a seven iron from the MVA Express office.

HD,

Check back in late August. I renewed my lisence last year at that time. The line was out the door. After spending better than two hours in line, I found out that most folks in line were not there for a drivers lisence, but were from Carroll County and were there to get ID cards for their kids playing football or cheerleading.

Only one data point, but something to consider.
